Waiting for operator

Why it matters

A missing step is hard to see later.

A separator left out between two parts. A gasket that never went in. Once the cover is on, nobody sees it until the customer does. Checklists depend on people staying focused for a whole shift. The system just watches.

  1. Define

Put the steps, or groups of steps, in the order they have to happen. No programming.

  2. Train

We train a neural network on your station, with your parts and your people, so it knows what each step looks like.

  3. Watch

Cameras follow the work and recognise the current step in real time.

  4. Confirm

If a step is skipped or done out of order, the operator sees it right away, while it's still easy to fix.

Made for

Anywhere the order matters.

Manual assembly

Workstations where parts go together in a fixed order and a missed step stays hidden inside.

Kitting & packing

Check that everything went into the box, in the right order, before it's closed.

Process steps

Machine or semi-automatic processes where each stage has to follow the one before.

Pilot programme

Try it on your line.

We're looking for a few pilot partners in Czechia, Slovakia and Poland. Tell us about your station.
