What we collect and why
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and the message you write. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer or contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not include information you do not want us to have.
Like any web server, ours records technical data about each visit: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and working and to block abuse such as spam (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
Messages reach us through Google services (the script that forwards the form to our mailbox, and our email). Google acts as our processor. Our web hosting provider also handles server data. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for up to three years after the last contact, the usual limitation period for business claims. After that we delete them. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and are then deleted.
Cookies, fonts and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Your language choice is stored in your browser (local storage, key elimica-lang) and is never sent to us. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other third party when you view the pages.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, you can object to processing based on legitimate interest and you can ask for a copy of your data in a portable format. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We take no decisions based solely on automated processing.
To use these rights, write to the email address above. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
